    I believe leadership is less about having the right answers and more about seeing yourself clearly enough to choose wisely. This belief comes from years of sitting alongside leaders at all levels – from new managers to C-suite executives - as they navigated high-stakes decisions, rapid change, and the inner pressure that comes with leadership. Leaders do their best work when they have space to think clearly, see themselves honestly, and reconnect with what matters.

    My coaching style is grounded, present, and practical. I’m not here to give you a script or tell you who to be. My role is to help you slow down enough to see what’s true, challenge assumptions that may be holding you back, and create the internal clarity needed to move forward with confidence.

    A thought-partnering 1:1 relationship for leaders at all stages – from first-time people managers to senior executives and founders - who want to lead with clarity, confidence, and integrity, without burning out or betraying themselves in the process.

    Coaching may incorporate tools such as the Enneagram, somatic awareness, internal family systems, and reflective practices.

  • Enneagram Coaching

    A goal-oriented coaching engagement for individuals who want to understand their Enneagram type and use that insight to create meaningful change – in their work, relationships, or life.

    Open to anyone. No leadership role required.

  • Advisory & Consulting (Selective Engagements)

    Danika occasionally partners with organizations on focused advisory work related to workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development, offered on a limited basis.

About Danika

Danika Dreslin is an executive coach and former Human Resources leader with more than twenty years of experience supporting organizations and their leaders through growth, complexity, and change.

Before founding Dreslin Coaching, Danika partnered with C-suite executives and senior leaders across technology, digital, and professional services functions at Seattle-based companies including REI, Weyerhaeuser, and Moss Adams. She later led the HR function for a FinTech startup.
